Has Anybody Had Luck With An Anti-inflammatory Diet To Prevent Migraines?
Colorado cleanse was a great start for me because i have a hard time being disciplined. But its funny how i am the girl that now pretty nuch ignore the middle aisles in the grocery store. I find better nutrition does help and it doesnt have to be boring. I just have to eat at home more often and cook. If your disciplined you can just try whole foods. I never was. But getting better since i know how food can be healing.
Thank you! I'll check out the Colorado Cleanse. Glad you're getting some relief (and also treating yourself to cheating now and then)
Unfortunately, i have. My old boss introduced me to the colorado cleanse. I did not do the supplements but started eating food that was not processed about 80% of the time. Its boring but i do cheat! Was out of town for 2 months and gained a lot of weight. And have had more migraines not as intense but they linger. I just made a big lentil and vegetable soup so hopefully i will get back on track! Before the new year and start having more better days.
