I tried GF for three weeks with no positive response. The book I just read all but promised it would help. Should I have tried it longer?

Oh, and three weeks is not near long enough for GF to work. Give it 3-6 months.

Gluten free helped my fibromyalgia, but did nothing for my chronic

Try an anti inflammatory diet. That has worked the best for me. New cookbook with great recipes you can modify .. The dizzy cook. I try to stay dairy free over gluten and eat alot of protein by noon. That seems to help.
