I too have nonstop migraines now since 2007 or so. I finally decided to learn to accept this is my lot in life. I haven't given up. I'm currently taking botox, Aimovig and sumatriptan, plus I do Promethazine, CBD oil and T-Relief as my daily attack against it. But by accepting it, I am much calmer. I used the PainTrainer.org methods to distract myself from the pain. I use relaxation and mindful meditation on bad days to give me rest. But now I intentionally focus on little things that make me smile like the color blue, my dog, my flowers, cup of tea or coffee. I figure the migraines aren't ever going to go away for good, so I need to learn to find joy within this life of pain. Check out PainTrainer.org to learn methods of dealing with and living with pain.
