I have been dealing with chronic migraines every single day for more than a year now. What Are Your Migraine Triggers And How You Deal With Them?
My Triggers are smells,mostly road tar, gasoline,perfume anything that has a strong smell. I try my best not to be around them if I can. I dread going shopping because you can't help but mingle with cologne/perfume that people wear. I ask my friends not to wear them around me.
Same with me on smells. I’m so sensitive to everything & no one around me really gets it.

Anyone Finding Help With CBD?
I take Ubrelvy when a migraine is moderate to severe, but when it's relatively mild I find that a 25mg CBD gel cap helps a lot. Has anyone else had this experience? What about THC?
I'm off Ubrelvy because of the ridiculous cost. Now I'm on Nurtec, with mixed results. I have tried a THC gummy. Not sure if that was significantly better than CBD alone. Tricky stuff!
