Has anyone experienced this type of migraine? I completely lost memory from this for 12hrs. They thought I was having a stroke

I have chronic intractable migraines. (Or so thats what i was diagnosed with) the right side of my face loses muscle tone. Twice they have thought it could of been a stroke. But my MRI just show lesions on my brain. I am on new medicine now and feel like a new person. I hope you find your solution soon. Migraines are quite scary! Especially when something out of the ordinary happens.
