I have vestibular migraine and have had it for over 6 years went into some form of remission and came back last May more stronger. I am still struggling with it and I have had vestibular therapy, acupuncture, cut down on sugar, amitriptyline, Valium for a short period of time, Nurtec, reduce stress. I was off work for 7 months. I am back at work on reduced hours still suffering but slowly getting better after a year. It time and patience and do the exercises. The balance issues and dizziness have been my biggest problems.
