Getting the Aura scares me to no end and makes me tear up,( not cry because that hurts too bad). You are not alone.

I don’t know if scared is the right term for me. I am continually amazed that I start off thinking that I must have something in my eye. I go on woth my day noticing it getting worse then all of a sudden it’s a migraine. Like this doesn’t happen 5 days out of 7. I getting scared I’ll never learn. ( and occasionally I think I might be having a stroke instead)

getting auras causes me to have a minor panic attack. I get so scared and take my medicine almost immediately. you are definitely not alone in this

yes the visual aura is sacrey the muscles around my brain move around i've got verigo also. my head moves in different forms. i also have been diaginios with pitmentary glaucoma with all that said .YES it sarces me the best advice i can give u pay close attention to your trigger yell i no it sounds useless but it is very helpful u take care
