I get Aura’s when my migraines start. Then I see little sparkly dots (like after a flash goes off), Then I can’t see anything out of my right eye until the headache begins to go away. Then I throw up, which might not seem like a good thing, but my migraine usually ends within about a 1/2 hour after that.

I start with a little flickering of light..I get the zig zag pattern. Light sensitivity..tingling in one arm,.the headache is more like a little tugging ..usually gone in about 30 minutes..I try to lay down and keep my eyes covered.I can see the light strip with my eyes closed.when it no longer appears it's over..just the lasting effect of aching..my symptoms used to be alot worse with numbness speech vomiting and harder pain..what helps others when this happens?

I have white dots, zigzaging lights. But what scares me most is totally blurred vision.🥺

@A MyMigraineTeam Member Yes sometimes I get auras. Black dots, wiggly lines that move across my field of vision. Lost peripheral vision in one eye once.
