Have You Tried A Millet Or Buckwheat Pillow, And Did It Help?
The advertisements say that they are cool to the head, and I know that is a good thing for us. I don't know if they are cool enough to reduce head pain. They talk more about neck pain, because you can adjust the little things inside the pillow, and take out some of the stuffing for a looser, softer effect.
They are so expensive; I wanted to see what kind of feedback I could get here.

How Many Migraine Sufferers Here Have A Straight Neck?
X-rays taken two years ago showed I have no curve at all in my neck, what is medically called military neck or flat neck. I had some CT's done on my back this past summer and it showed that the straightening and reversal actually starts in my cervical spine. Just wondering what treatments anyone has tried that have helped this or made their migraines worse. Thank you.
I Can't Remember The Word To Use To When Telling A Story....
Does anyone start to talk about something and at times can't think of the word, that use to come out no problem, to describe a situation or just plain 'ol tell a story and now someone will fill in that 'blank' for me. I would end up using my hands and arms to try to come up with the word like I'm playing charades! LOL. OMG it's embarrassing and frustrating and so obvious something is different

Who Has Tried THC And/or CBDoil
Not sure if this has been asked here before. I'm wondering does anyone use these to help with migraines? I've been using both for my CPS and also am thinking that it seems to help a bit with the migraines. It could just be mellowing me out, but that works for me too. Thoughts?

Does Anyone’s Migraines Start With Just Nausea?
Sometimes I wake up super nauseous. I can’t discern if it’s migraine related or something else. (And yes, I have a doc appt on the books)
It's hard to remember back then now that my migraine is constant, so is my nausea. I haven't felt hunger in so many years. At least I still like the taste of food though.
