Thank you, I appreciate your kindness, I need it often.
I just wanted to explain why I don't use sleep meds.
And as my family has said I don't have a filter, wish I didn't back then, I just don't worry about telling people, even strangers, who I meet randomly, not talking about here, which makes my husband confused.

Don't worry about it, I never thought or knew that I did until my neurologist had me go to a sleep specialist because I couldn't get out of migraine even while asleep. So I had a sleep study done and...
My husband had teased me for a long time that I had narcolepsy but he never has since the diagnosis.
I have it without cataplexy, meaning I can drive and such and won't fall asleep.
The worst is that I will apparently fall asleep and I have no rest from it or even any feeling of passage of time.
Narcolepsy keeps me from deep sleep so I don't get real rest and spend most of the night in REM.

I don't but some meds do help me sleep. Although it is hard for me to know these things because of my hypothyroidism and narcolepsy.
