I am thinking about trying this. It has enough B2 and magnesium for me. However, I would have to take an additional CoQ10 capsule since Beam doesn't have enough. Thanks!

I found through online search this company Mable. Anyone tried using them for getting relief?

How long after you receive your botox injections do you get relief? I've had two injections so far and the first time it took two weeks and this last time it took three weeks. I'm curious what other people experience.

I have a migraine headache starting first thing in the morning every day. Some days the headache is more severe and some days not too bad. Also, some days it resolves by noon and some days lasts all day. Overall, you can see it really interferes with my daily activities activities and just general sense of well being. I am on Topamax, get Botox injections, Emgality once a month, and use Ubrelvy. The anxiety and embarrassment of my issues are bad enough...but to now twitch! This is too much. I just want to cry and hide.
