I asked my Neurologist if he thought Marijuana would help with my Migraines and he said no. There is no proven research to say it helps. Plus the fact that I can't handle the smell. Has your Doctor recommended an MRI? I have one every few years and they sometimes use the dye to find abnormalities. You could try ice packs or a heating pad for pain relief.
