I feel I have this type more often. Is there any more information on how to deal with these kind of migraines.

My Dr recommended this book: Heal Your Headache The 1.2.3 Program for Taking Charge of Your Pain by David Buchholz MD. It is a diet book designed for migraines.
Has Anyone Tried This Nerivio Thing Yet?
So I recently came across this non-invasive arm patch that sends electrodes on a certain treatment basis and was wondering if anyone else was interested or has tried something like this. On their site it has several case studies and one is involving chronic migraine. I'm more interested in this mainly because it doesn't require an implant or medicines.

I Was Going To Get Nsd My Ears Pierced For My Migraines. What Should I Do. I Try Very Prescription That Is Out. They Don't Work.
