I notice that besides the pain that any type of meat smell and any type of chemical smell makes me feel awful. Has anyone heard of this before.
I smell coffee beans and that helps after I leave source of smell. Perfume is my trigger
Yes! I have become so sensitive to certain smells and it does make me feel even worse. Recently the smell of any kind of sausage makes me nauseous. And for years, the smell of smoke and any kind of scented anything makes me feel nauseous.

The only way I’ve found to deal with it is to avoid the source of the smell. My family knows I have a “bionic nose” LOL so they are nice enough to avoid using scented things when around me. I’ve switched all products I use to unscented. As for smoke, I avoid fire pits, camp fires and smokers. I’ve also recently started eating vegetarian, so no more hot dog or kielbasa smells!
