Migraines can be incredibly debilitating and affect your quality of life significantly. It's tough when treatments like Ajovy (Fremanezumab-vfrm) and sumatriptan don't provide the relief you need. Ajovy is a calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor (CGRP-R) antagonist used for migraine prevention, while sumatriptan is a triptan used for acute treatment by constricting blood vessels and reducing inflammation.

If you're still experiencing severe migraines with nausea, it might be time to discuss alternative treatments or adjustments with your healthcare provider. There are various options available, including other medications, lifestyle changes, and possibly infusion therapies.

- [Imitrex (Sumatriptan) for Migraine](https://www.MyMigraineTeam.com/treatments/imitrex)

It's important to find a treatment plan that works best for you.

To me migraine means aura. It has always freaked me out more than the pain. There are so many symptoms to aura. I hate it!
