No I have not. Right now I'm doing great no headaches. Botox works and I got pain shots on specific nerves but now using low pressure hyperbaric which seems to work as well or better than pain shots. So botox only and emgality but dr and I are discussing not using to see if hyperbaric works better. And only botox and hyperbaric. Got off all pain meds ie gabapentan etc. Not even using ubrelvy as no new headaches

Cefaly did not work for me. I sent it back and got a full refund.

My insurance is the same way. I have to try 3 injectable medications before they will approve an IV medication. It's very frustrating

It worked for me for about 6 months. But that is normal for me...

I am on Ajovy. I have been taking for about the past year. It has tempered
the number of headaches I have per month (dropped from about 20 per month to approximately 6 or 7)but has failed to completely eradicate them. Doctor advised to overlap injections take once every three weeks vs once a month.
