I make sure my blood sugar levels are not too low. That helps. I also holiday where there are not too many people or too much noise. Somewhere I can just relax and not have to worry about anything

Moderation is my answer. My triggers have to fill a bucket for the migraine to start.
Once I fill the bucket it tips over and I and done.
But if I am careful about my triggers and avoid all but a small portion of one I will usually be OK.
Then the weather takes a turn a big storm comes in and all my plans were for naught 😊
Love all

@A MyMigraineTeam Member Peanut butter causes your migraine? Wow, I'll have to pay attention to that!

I think to help with my triggers I try to avoid them but when I get the craving for peanut butter I eat and then within the hour I pay

I don't participate in any of the treats since I know the refined sugar will give me a chronic headache. I just skip the sweets. Difficult? Most definitely!
