Does Anyone Out There Have Worsening Symptoms At Around The Same Time Every Day? By 2:30-3:00 Pm Everything Goes Downhill For Me Every Day

I can’t figure this whole migraine thing out to save my life. I actually thought there would be some professional answers and advice on this site. I’m just not able to visually focus on everyone’s posts without becoming more lightheaded.

YES! Around 4pm my migraine jumps up about 2 numbers on the pain scale everyday. So weird!
