Hi! Sorry that you have this symptoms! I understand you, because took me 9 months to be diagnosed with VM! I am on Effexor 37.5 MG! Plus a lot of vitamins! The problem in my case is a subluxation of my atlas vertebra! I found the best NUCCA CHIROPRACTOR ( national upper cervical care CHIROPRACTOR) that helps me a lot ! Wishing you all the best!

Become familiar with your triggers. I have many. I too experienced dizziness all day, every day. Stay hydrated, eat regularly. Google the migraine diet, avoid stress (ya right! 🤣). Get plenty of sleep. My triggers are wide open spaces - like Walmart. I have most of what a need delivered to the house. Sunshine, barometric pressure, lack of sleep, lack of hydration .When it gets bad I crawl in bed. Thankfully I’m retired and can do it. I never would have survived this when I had five kids at home and a full time job. I was diagnosed with breast cancer a year ago. I learned then that I must listen to my body. It was a hard thing to learn but I’ve figured it out. When all else fails - sleep. I always feel better. Wish you luck.
