Ive only found one confirmed one so far, its Grape jolly ranchers. Ive had three in my life and every time has resulted in a migraine within a half hour of eating the candy.

Alot most of my migraines are food trigger. Make a Journal every time you have a migraine whatever you ate the day before is what triggered it. Write it down don't eat it for a month or a few weeks then eat it again To see if that's what gave you the headache. U will have to try that with a few foods I cant have chocolate, cheese, potato, tomatoes, bananas. Look online it gives u alot of trigger foods and u start remove some from ur diet and bring them back in to see if that's what is causes urs. My husband can't have dyes in food Candy etc it give him migraines but not me everyone body is different.
