They say ketchup is the number 1 trigger, red eyes need to be avoided keep a food journal and list everything you eat that day. Its the only way the doctor and i could narrow down my triggers. Put pain level from 1-10 on each day. Hope it helps. I had to give up a lot of foods and still have migraines daily but the pain scale isn't as bad as it was

It's important to note that individual responses to foods can vary, so keeping a food journal can help identify personal triggers. Always consult with a healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes.

It depends on what your specific trigger is. For me, mines is eating too much salty foods, will cause a migraine for me. So I need to watch my sodium intake.

Hey AshLeigh! VERY top of the list is red wine and artificial sweeteners. I agree with Linda, the list is endless, however, you CAN google it. It IS different for everyone. I would suggest a daily food/beverage DETAILED list for a good week or two. By detailed I mean include salt, pepper, spices, condiments, etc...DO NOT exclude anything! Let us know how it goes. Good luck?
