Does your state have a university system of medical centers? You do, and here it is. You have UW Health University Hospital in Madison at (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators)…it’s a Level 1 Trauma center, so it’s both a teaching and research hospital. Likely your best option is to see if you can get on their patient list. Actually, your primary doctor can refer you to them, and your insurance should approve it as a service beyond that which your local doctors can provide.
