I have type 2 diabetes and take insulin. Because of the severity of my migraine pain I stopped taking it until I could get my pain to a manageable level. I have just been using diet to help with my diabetes but now my sugar levels are in the 200's so I took my insulin last night. this is a migraine that gets in neurons making you shake, pain, numb and nausea. I couldn't even walk into the ER. I went home with the migraine but no muscle spasms. I have never had one that does that. They thought it was a panic attack. but, I was there for over 8hrs. That is what they said, now if that is correct, I don't know.

I think you are suffering with complicated migraine. That is what happened to me last year. I thought I was having a seizures. I had to go to the er. Benadryl and zofran. I also took advil
