Sending you love and healing. The only thing I can suggest further is to take your BP several times a day for a few days and note any irregularities. Take it during an attack as well and at the first sign of one for a few …

I’d be happy to share my experience. I’m a life long migraine sufferer since adolescence. Spent years thinking it was sinus only to be hit hard with the undeniable pain of migraines in my 20s. Lived on Exederine which got me to my 30s and no longer worked. Saw a neurologist who prescribed imitrex. Worked wonders until it didn’t and seemed to make them worse. Did this dance for years then returned to neurology who prescribed Indocin which worked like a charm. No decrease in frequency of attached which included dizziness, feeling cold then hot, nausea and vomiting. Indocin started working for some attacks but did not curb others over time. Totally healthy and health conscious. Migraines were destroying my quality of life with 8 to 10 attacks a month and then lengthy recovery periods in between. Fast forward to June 2023. Hit with vertigo hard. Thought I was having a heart attack. Migraine before this attack for 3 days… a few days of migraine reprieve followed by the worse I’ve had in years. Nothing touched it. Thought it might be sinus so I took antibiotics. Couldn’t keep them down so they were useless. Vertigo was relentless and I could not function. I was out of state during this time and went to urgent care. Blood pressure was crisis level so off to the ER they sent me. Test after test. BP remained crisis level and ecg showed some abnormalities. Begged for another antibiotic because my sinus was killing me . Discharged, took antibiotic and the migraine lifted but vertigo and fatigue were crazy. Traveled back to NY saw my physician and started low dose calcium channel blocker. BP is normal and not a hint of a migraine for over a month! Never had this long of a period migraine free. My BP has always been very low when taken at the doctors office. The thought is that I have always had unstable BP made worse by migraine. The combo of back to back killer migraines, medication prescribed to take them topped off w a sinus issue threw my central nervous system into crisis. Vertigo and fatigue linger but are improving every day.
I know this is longgggg but if my story resonates or helps anyone it would just about make all this pain and suffering worth it. My heart goes out to all of you!

Interesting as my BP is usually low at Dr office and I have around 16 to 20 miagrine days a month and my neurologist says he is limited on the medication I can take due to my low BP. I definitely will be scheduling a visit with him to talk to him about this. Thank you for sharing your information. Sorry you had to go through all this and hope you are doing so much better. Sending you Many Prayers and Blessings
