Been dealing with vestibular migraine for a few weeks now. Off balance, not dizzy, pretty much constantly even with meds. With pain and without. Any and all suggestions, advice, comments welcome! Thanks in advance!

The only thing that helped was working with a chiropractor who studied under Dr Ted Karrick. Dr. Karrick is a Chiropractic Neurologist. The Karrick institute in Cape Canaveral Fl. (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators). I am sure they could put you in touch with a provider who can help you. You can learn about Dr. Ted Karrick with a google search. I wish we had someone here in Oklahoma who uses his method. The closest one to me is in Arlington TX.

Check out my page, I added some ocular exercises that I got during PT and OT that help me a lot. It doesn't seem like it at first, but it helps realign yourself if done regularly. I've also posted before about it, but I have this migraine icepack headwrap and I absolutely love it! You don't have to cool or warm it if that's not something you want to do, but it gives the perfect amount of pressure when wearing it to help alleviate some symptoms. I hope this helps!
