Seasonal Affective Disorder Lights And Migraines

Several months of daily migraines. Working on meds. Probably related to a neck injury. And lots of dietary and environmental triggers. Definitely have issues with bright lights. Was an issue at work with the fluorescent lights. Wore a special hat like card dealers wear! Took a tube out of the fixture even. Now I’m home and a new problem. All the gray skies and I usually ski. Already have prescription sunglasses that I always wear whenever I’m outside. And I put my goggles over them!
