I was on the pill for a long time, and changed my cycle so I only had a period every 3 months. It helped immensely with the hormonal migraines. I haven't had a period in ( thinking lol ), 15 years now
I'm only 47 and almost done w menopause also......Anyone ever hear of the Diamond list??
I can't offer much support here as I do not have periods anymore. That did not affect my migraines though.
