One way to eat a healthier diet and include more fruits and vegetables is to eat what’s seasonally available. There’s a farmer’s market close to the office, so this past week's purchases were a cantaloupe, some basil, a couple of peaches. Time for grilled cantaloupe!
An easy recipe starting with grilling the cantaloupe and cooking the peaches in a little apple cider vinegar (with a small bit of sugar). The cooking down of the ingredients made a lovely tart and sweet sauce.

No point using anything containing citrus fruit, it is one of my main triggers.Right up there with cheese, chocolate, wine, game meats!
