They have new virtual services like Cove and Neura. Was unable to find a neurologist in my area and they both offer virtual options. Didn't need to go through my GP either.

Took it for a year and a half with no change. Neurologist told me it would take me back to a time I didn't have migraines. No difference. I had to wean myself off. You can't just stop cold.
