Be your own advocate! Be firm with your team. And do what's best for you! Not your team of docs!

I'm not grateful. I suffer migraines due to a benign tumor in my brain. Cold weather makes them worse v and so does my insomnia. The only thing that works for me is Zomig which my Dr refuses to give me.

I’ve had Migraine since I was 10 years old. Doctors didn’t understand them because they’ve never had one themselves. I’m now 60 and I finally got a good doctor. My neurologist recommended Botox and I fought it for the longest time but I finally gave in and it helps with the migraines it changes the migraine it takes the pain away and just Makes you feel stupid, but the pain is not there. I also was taking ketamine infusions, but my doctor stop those out of his office and the combination of the two was a miracle. Oh yeah, I also take the emgality shot once a month so I guess it’s a combination of the three it doesn’t lesson. The frequency of migraines is just changes the intensity. Merry Christmas.

When I'm down with a migraine I take half of my prescription pill and use
peppermint on my forehead and rub muscle rub on the back of my neck , as it
makes a cooling feeling and helps !
