Chiari I Malformation

A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭
Mountain View, MO

So, I had an MRI on my brain pan, and it was discovered that I have a mild Chiari I malformation. My question here is, does anyone else have this on here, and does it seem to make your migraines worse? I also have had dizziness, and weakness in the hands and legs. My neurologist had me get the mri and the test for carpal tunnel. The carpal tunnel test was negative, but the MRI found the CMI. Does it get worse as time goes on? Very curious, as wasn’t given much information on this.

Yes I have the same. I always wondered if this is why I suffer the migraines.
