Hi. When I Wake I'm Very Dizzy/off Balance Having To Hold Onto Walls And Walk Slowly. Not Unusual But These 3 Weeks Is A Long Time.

Last 3 weeks I wake and walk couple hours very dizzy and off balance for a few hours. Thought to be right ear inflammed/infection as typical. Urgent Care Dr and found nothing and maybe congestion and try Flonase. Did help some but yet still feeling same every morning. This is unusual this long.
Several years ago I was dx with Migrainous Vertigo, BPPV and Carotidynia.

Anyone have these same symptoms? Form of Migraine?

Thank you

Vestibular migraines can sometimes be confused with other vestibular disorders like Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) and Ménière’s disease. Given your history of migrainous vertigo and BPPV, it's possible that your current symptoms are related to these conditions.

It's important to consult with a neurologist for a proper diagnosis, as they can differentiate between these conditions and provide appropriate treatment. If your symptoms persist, seeking further medical advice is recommended.
