Before CGRP medications became available my neurologist recommended the Cefaly to me. As soon as I started using it my migraines were significantly reduced. This was over 10 years ago and I am forever grateful to him for prescribing it to me. I have since upgraded three times to newer versions. Even though I use other medications, currently Quilipta once daily, along with rescue meds, Imitrex and Relpax, as well as Topomax as a preventative, I still use my Cefaly. Prior to beginning treatment with my first Cefaly I spent most days in bed and in pain. After beginning to use it daily I was out of bed and participating in life. It is not a cure but it is definitely a great tool to add.

Yes, some users have shared their experiences using the Cefaly device daily:

- One user reported using the Cefaly device daily for the 20-minute treatment, which reduced their migraine pattern from several severe migraines lasting a week (21-23 migraine days) monthly to one mild-moderate migraine monthly

- Another user mentioned that the device works well, though it requires washing and drying the forehead thoroughly before use to ensure the electrode patch sticks properly. They also noted that the device can be boring to use as you need to look straight ahead and avoid moving around.

Results typically take time, with significant reductions in migraines expected after about three months of consistent use.
