Hello-the Cefaly helps lessen some of the discomfort in long or intense headaches. I’ve never had it stop a migraine, but it can help…and it’s not a medication with side effects. My first use was a bit odd, but now I actually like how it feels.

I have tried cefly as a matter of fact I have one and yes it works for me. Not all the time but yes it helps the head aches most of the time it stops them if you get it as soon as you get it coming on. And the other speed helps if you have a bad one hopefully if you get a cefly machine it works for you

I'm using nerivio is like cefaly but is on your arm my insurance doesn't cover cefaly. I don't see any difference. My doctor wants me to stay away from my med for my migraine as much as possible so freaking hard. This might sound dumb lately I stay away from carbs and eating a lot of oranges I have had no migraine for two weeks first in years I can't even remember when the last time it happened these two migraines that because I have a cold
