Like the AI response said, it is listed as a symptom for certain types of migraine. Perhaps this symptom will help your doctor to better serve you. What do you take for your vertigo? I take Meclazine. My vertigo disappeared for about 15 years, but then after a problem with the medication that they put in my eye during cataract surgery, it came back with a vengeance. Now I get it with every migraine.

Vertigo is indeed a significant symptom for many people, especially those dealing with certain types of migraines. Here are some key points from the knowledge base:

- Vestibular Migraine: This type of migraine includes vertigo as a primary symptom. It can cause a spinning sensation, imbalance, nausea, or vomiting, either with or without a headache.
- Newly Identified Form of Vertigo: Researchers have identified a new type of vertigo that responds to treatment. This form is characterized by uncontrolled eye movements (nystagmus) and severe motion sickness.

If vertigo is a persistent issue for you, it might be worth discussing these specific conditions with your healthcare provider.

My neurologist had me include B2 (separate from a multivitamin), 24 oz of an electrolyte supplement song w daily Qulipta.

The Gatorade replaces some of my daily water. My vertigo has decreased, not been eliminated, as long as I drink Gatorade. Headaches are pretty well controlled with this.

I've been dealing with a migraine that's been very difficult as vertigo has been a part of that . I haven't been sure what to take for the vertigo that is over the counter. The only thing I have been able to do at this time until finding something to help has been drinking bottled water with an enhanced orange vanilla flavor as it also has all of the b vitamins
.
