I take a daily dose of magnesium every day. Emergency medication is Ubrelvy. I also use "old faithful combination" frequently, sip on hot black coffee after taking a Tylenol

My neurologist has added B2 and electrolyte supplements, such as Gatorade. I still take Qulipta. The latest addition seems to be helping some w vertigo and intensity of migraines. Such a relief.

Magnesium will not be covered by insurance because it's not a regulated Rx drug, but a supplement, available OTC. Please research what KIND of Magnesium is best for you, as magnesium salts do different things...for instance "magnesium citrate" is used to treat constipation, as it pulls water into the intestines. Good luck dear! Lin

I've been taking Mag Ox. But since I can't get it by prescription (ie insurance), I get it OTC but it's still big.
