I've been using the combination of Botox every 3 months and Ajovy monthly. I was someone that did not do well on Aimovig and needed to switch self-injectors.

Hi Vanessa, I have been using Aimovig now for a couple of years and it has helped with my migraines. Maybe I get 1 or 2 every 2 months. I even qualify for a free mail order every 3 months with the help of my doctor. Aimovig was a Godsend for me.

The Aimovig was working really great for me for awhile, I don't know if I have been on it for so long that it's not working anymore or if maybe one of the other medications isn't working.

It is frustrating. I am struggling to find an appropriate medication to control the migraines.
