I do agree with the suggestion regarding the use of a moist towel in the temperature that best suits your needs. I've been using ice on my neck as I have two devices that are implanted for another health factor so unsure how the TENS unit would react and not ready to find out in my own opinion.

A hot moist towel around your neck. And a small wireless tens unit are all methods that help me when you just need extra help that medications are not helping with

Ask for a booster like of the self-injectors available - Aimovig or Ajovy are two on the market, there are others as well. I have used the two mentioned and still using Ajovy which works quite well.

Have migraines but Botox has really helped.

I recently started on Gabapentin which helps that tremendously. Added to my Vyepti treatment, pain and migraines have really decreased.
