My migraines seem to get worse each year. A treatment regimen will work for a couple months and then it no longer is effective. I am not able to function as these migraines become more severe and intense more recently.
I will be out of work Aug 1. I stopped job searching in April when migraines returned again and increased in severity

I am in the process of applying for disability and my biggest piece of advice is get an attorney. There is so much paperwork and forms that need to be filled out correctly. Plus an attorney should not charge you anything, they receive a portion of your initial payment from Social Security. If you need a reference contact me. Good Luck
Have you tried intermittent fasting? That helped me have less migraines. Diet is a tricky trigger to try to manipulate but less sugar also helps tremendously. I cycle through different medications too. I take Nurtec every other day( (it’s expensive but I have good insurance and the company may help you- if interested talk to your dr.) I have taken Maxalt (rizatriptan) for acute pain and it has helped the most for the longest amount of time.
Sorry I don’t know about the disability process. Blessings!
