The heat and humidity is causing an issue so I'm staying indoors with an air conditioner where it is cool. Staying hydrated with bottled water or iced tea, I actually started drinking green tea every so often for a treat but have been staying with bottled water mainly to avoid any migraines just in case the sugar from the green tea mix would cause something.
