I gave been having Botox injections for maybe?4yrs now, every 90 days
Only sometimes side effects would be discomfort at injections site,
I do know I need to keep strict to the 90-91day schedule! Because when the Botox wears off and I’m 1-2 week past schedule my migraines come on full force!!
But it works for me! It’s nice stacking up monthly migraine medication because I haven’t needed them!
When before I treated them like Gold

Ive gone through 3 rounds of Botox. I get a migraine every time from the injections but the pain of getting it done is totally worth the long game! I feel like, for me, this has been one of the most effective treatments other than changing my diet and eliminating all of my trigger foods. My neurologist does a lot of injections so she is pretty experienced at doing them.

I got the Botox injections a week ago. Some of them were pretty painful. I came home and put my head in ice packs and was miserable on the couch the rest of the night. So far I have t gotten any relief. I’m actually having a really bad migraine now. I took phenergren and Ketorolac for it about an hour and a half ago but it’s still throbbing and incapacitating. I’m hoping I can fall asleep.
