Peri-neural injection therapy, PIT, developed by Dr. J. Lftogt, of New Zealand , a
Sports Medicine MD, consists of little injections with dextrose D5W concentration, to little nerves under the skin in the facial nerve area, that calm down the nerves, eventually with permanent relief. He taught this in 17 countries. Look up his website.

A sphenopalatine ganglion block might be an option for you. This procedure involves placing numbing medication into the sphenopalatine ganglion, a cluster of nerve cells linked to the trigeminal nerve, which is involved in most headaches. It can temporarily relieve some types of head and facial pain, including chronic migraines. However, the relief is temporary, and the procedure may not be successful for everyone. Common side effects include low blood pressure, nausea, and numbness in the throat.
