Does Anyone Get Migrains And Bad Tension Headaches From Occipital Neuropathy?

Yes. I have daily headaches- alternating migraine and tension like headaches. I started Migrelief in late December and it may be helping. It takes time to build up, so I’m not 100% sure but I’ve had 3 days in a row of not feeling horrible and I’ve been taking it for 2 1/2 months. My neurologist suggested a nerve block. They give you a lidocaine/steroid shot in the back of the head where your occipital nerve is. It sounds scary but if the Migrelief doesn’t work, I may consider it.
