When you're stressed or tensed, dark chocolate is amazing because it works as an antioxidant for. Plenty of water. I searched possible triggers and ruled them out based on how they affected me. Knowing can powerful. Peace

Remove processed meats, msg and and foods/drinks with red dyes in them from your diet. Plenty of water. A few suggestions

Exercise daily, avoid alcohol, get regular sleep, avoid stress and drama. Keep your life on an even keel. It’s hard but control the things you can control. I’m 77 and started migraines at 13.

Have you tried Migrelief? Check it out on Amazon. Be patient because the instructions say it can take 3 months to build up. I’ve been taking it 2 1/2 months and I’ve had 3 days now that haven’t been horrible- a record. I’m hoping it’s what’s helping because I have daily headaches. I’m with you on these headaches wearing you down. It really stinks!
