I Have Migraine With Aura Headaches A Few Times A Month And If I Take Imitrex As Soon As The Aura Begins, It Usually Helps. However, I Also
have throbbing and "whooshing" in my head, even without a headache. Does anyone else experience this or know what it might be?
I have chronic migraine with aura and occasionally get a whooshing and dizzy spell together. I also have tinnitus which may or may not be related.

I get this but it's because of the Venlafaxine that I'm weaning off of for anxiety.
