I only recently had an episode where I didn’t recognize my daughter for about 5 minutes. I just kept thinking who is this lady that is just so friendly to me? It was about 20-30 minutes after a migraine began. My neurologist is running test to rule out other problems but confusion migraine was one diagnosis of everything comes back normal. With my possibilities, migraine is the best choice but a scary one to just not recognize your family.
