Yes, I have neck pain connected to migraines. I also have chronic back pain. I think it's all connected when you look at all of the nerves that extend out from the pain and go throughout the entire body. When we have pain for along time, our pain signals just get all screwed up and we don't experience pain in the normal way anymore. It comes down to understanding the science of pain.
