Vestibular Migraine

A MyMigraineTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was diagnosed with VM 3 years ago after suffering from dizziness (no headache). Was a diagnosis given as the various “ologists” could not find anything else wrong. It’s been off and on over the 3 years and after several months of peace it’s come back all of a sudden, always worse in the morning but constant for days on end. Taking all the various supplements and have done PT. Would be interested to hear from others who suffer from VM how they manage their symptoms. Meds, exercises, etc.

I think vestibular migraines are more difficult to treat.
Wish I could take my Rizitriptan daily, as it works, but only get 9 a month. Have been getting botox for years, seems to help for a while. New treatment is vyepti infusion. Got my first, every three months, hasn't helped yet.
