The only natural things, I know of are magnesium 400-500 mg (don't use Oxide, use Glycinate; Oxide is really hard on your digestive track) and vitamin B-2

I use a magnesium complex ( it's compose of the top five) & b complex.. b1, b2& B12 to open the vessels.. allot of greens.. dark salad especially spinach.. stay away from process food and fast foods... Those are considered trigger for migraines.. doesn't effect us all the same but I do know people who it does help.
