I take b-complex and magnesium every day along with my other prescription medications. I also have one to two cups of coffee every morning and that is my limit. I have not done it yet as I haven't decided when but I am actually considering the idea of going decaf

I started Vitamin D & E, Magnesium Complex, and CO Q10 4 months ago. My clusters have have gone from 7-8 random episodes a month to 1...my migraines have gone from 6/8 a week to maybe a slight occurrence a week. I may have a serious episode 1-2 a month, depending on weather/ stress.

I've been taking natural remedies daily for quite some time. The natural items that I speak about are vitamins as they are something that not only helps my health they also have been providing help to my other health factors. The vitamins that I am speaking of are regular magnesium, b-complex, vitamin d, and calcium. The four vitamins mentioned started to be used for my back nerve damage then it was discovered this care also assisted migraines as well so it was an equal benefit.
